Evidently there is a happy hour. I would definitely go to one there. Outstanding atmosphere and the staff are exceptional.

Great outdoor seating - request to be seated under an umbrella. Food & Drinks very good! Blueberry Mojoito is a must and the Duck Hash for brunch!

I ordered a pepsi, sat at an empty bar to place a few bets when a fat manager, Andrew, came over and hostilely said" this is my bar, you can't sit here". He stormed off so i requested to speak to the GM. Ali, a nice waitress ,informed me the cops just left because a customer attempted to assault Andrew. Wow what a shocker(sarcasm), if I drank I may of let my hands go. Chris the GM admitted Andrew was wrong but he wouldn't answer if the other customer was a minority as well and kept saying but....Chris was implying Andrew has some good traits, yeah I'd potentially risk losing my business over a hostile employee. Andrew is an unhappy person with anger issues and Chris,GM,(owner) accepts this type of behavior. I tried to support a local business but never again, Im certain this one will fail. Funny that with restaurants struggling during this pandemic, an owner would allow this behavior to exist. I did, however, see a car in the parking lot with a Trump bumper sticker.

Fantastic good and drinks. Similar to it's sister restaurant, the Turf Room in North Aurora. Love the wood fireplaces throughout - cozy and romantic, yet comfortable atmosphere.

The Saddle Room is always enjoyable to go to. We went this time with my husband and my son's family. I have to admit, it's a little dark and I noticed a lot of people using their phones to read the menu. It's kind of funny. Food was delicious, and service was fine. Christmas Eve was busy, but not insane.

Really awesome outdoor seating. Seems like a full menu even during covid unlike alot of restaurants with limited menus. Really like the restaurant overall. However we did get tuna tar tar which was not the best or freshest I've had from there. All said, love to go again and would still order the same

I like to go with friends to this place with my warmest recommendations. I go their often. This recommendation is always successful. The the food there is great and the team is attentive and cooperative. Whenever we visit this place we have a pleasing evening. highly recommended.

The Saddle Room is a rare gem in the Chicago burbs and has become one of my favorite restaurants in the area. The menu has items that rotate with delicious seasonal chef inspired creations, alongside the favorite standbys that anchor the menu (try the lambchops). The bar makes fine drinks (try the "Rye Go Home", just be prepared to sip a bit from the edge before daring to pick it up), the ambiance is unique and cozy (try a seat by the open fires on the patio), and the service is friendly and prompt. Also, as a parent, I really appreciate that the children's menu has options other than pizza and chicken tenders. Of course, you will find the normal kid menu items there, as well -- but practically everything is made from scratch with the choice of healthy veggie options for sides (just save the cookie that comes with it for last) ;)

Very good food! Damon our server was great. I've never even heard of lobster corn dogs! Yum!! Very nice and unique presentations! Highly recommended. I'm glad we tried this place. It is a little pricey, but worth it.

The patio is AMAZING! Bloody Mary's are spicy and delicious. Try the Margherita flat bread for a light snack. Staff is the best too!

Made a first-time visit to this terrific eatery and enjoyed watching the sun set while eating delicious food from an eclectic menu. The adult beverage menu was extensive and generously poured. Can't wait to go back!

Great atmosphere and aromas that pleases all the senses. Their attention to fresh and unique food offerings from appetizers, main courses and desserts are always appreciated and satisfying your want of quality and great taste. Their extensive wine, beer and cocktails enhance your dining experience. The service and attentiveness is top notch. Great place for couples, families, friends and group gatherings that go from intimate to fun parties. Have never left disappointed, and we travel 50 miles round trip to take in the experience.

Great homey atmosphere and tasty flavors make this hidden gem a must try. The space is great for groups and is beautiful for a family dinner or intimate special occasion. We enjoyed it time celebrating. The staff made strong efforts to ensure our dining experience was memorable. Tje horse stable theme is well executed and the menu is quite expansive. Recommend!

You'd have to know this place is here to know about it, but if you do, it's worth it! Duck potstickers were warm, and tasty (and don't let the brussel sprouts fool you, I'm not a fan and they were still good). I loved the Pom-A-Dor martini, very fruity, and a drink I was able to sip on all night. My calamari salad was tangy, with just the right amount of dressing. Service was attentive, even though it was steady. Ambiance is very nice, and there's definitely an upscale vibe, but the prices aren't crazy. Definitely would visit again!

Awesome place!!! The outdoor wood burning fireplace has such an inviting aroma as you walk in the restaurant. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu items and made great suggestions for us. We dined on the outdoor deck area and the view was very nice. Started out with the meat board which was very good. The bacon chop was outstanding and the salmon was delicious. They passed out the chef’s creation of marinated Michigan cherries which were absolutely delicious! For dessert we had the peanut butter cake with homemade marshmallow and banana ice cream and also the cheesecake bread pudding!!! We can’t wait to go back and try more off the menu!

I don't usually take the time to write a review, but a place as great as The Saddle Room, deserves one. I have eaten a lot of really good food in my life, but the meal that I had here was one of the best dinners that I have EVER had. Screw the Corona virus, go eat here

I felt the service was slow. Everyone was nice. Just not fast moving. The room was so dark we could barely read the menus. Perhaps a good place for a date rather than a family with smaller children. We all felt the food to be salty and not exciting. For a $65 and $40 steak I would have hoped for better. 3 adults and 2 children(9 and 3) the bill was $240. Ive had way better for less. I’m not mad I tried the place, but don’t feel the need to return there.
